Welcome to Sabora Pharma. This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all Thermoskin Sales, including all sales made via our website, telephone and mail order.

Sabora Pharma is the U.K. and EU Distributor of the Thermoskin range of products.

Our system only accepts order for despatch to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you require your order to be despatched to any other country, please contact info@sabora.fi. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will pass your enquiry over to the manufacturer of the Thermoskin supports.

Accuracy of information
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 it is an implied term that the goods will correspond to their description. Any typographical, clerical or other errors is subject to without any liability on our part. Any advice or recommendation given on this website or otherwise given to you by us is acted upon at your own risk and we are not liable to such recommendation or advice.

Your Order

Your order to us is your legal offer to purchase the product. It is also your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting to us. Please ensure you have measured the affected body part correctly and according to the instructions on the measurement chart. If there is a question about treating a medical condition, we recommend you consult and doctor or medical professional prior to placing an order.


All products offered for sale on this website are in pounds sterling and include VAT, at the current rate of 20%.

Method of Payment

We only accept VISA or Mastercard. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder’s name as it is shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Items will only be despatched when payment has been received.

Concluding a binding contract

When you place an order from us to purchase items, you will receive a confirmation which will be our acceptance of your order.

Postage & Packaging Costs

Postage and packaging costs will be added to the total cost of your order and is charged per order, NOT per item.

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, the postage & packaging costs will be charged at £3.95. Any orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, maybe charged at a different rate. Where multiple items are included in one order, but despatched separately, you will not be required to pay extra postage costs.

We will endeavour to despatch all orders as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery should be seven days. We do not offer a next day or courier service.


All orders are subject to availability. We try to keep the website up to date with the current stock levels, but in the unfortunate case that the item is not available, we aim to contact you by either email, or telephone within five working days.

Notification of Errors

Upon receipt, you should check your delivery correctly. If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item in error, you should contact us immediately.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

We hope you will be happy with the items you have purchased from us, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a ‘no quibble 7-day money back guarantee. It is very straightforward, please arrange to send them back to us for a refund. The seven days start from the day the goods are received. The only stipulation is that we received the request for a refund in writing preferably as an email, and that we received the goods back in the condition they arrived with you.
The items must be repacked into the box / packaging they arrived in. If return goods are not repacked properly and in a sellable condition, we reserve the right to change a 20% repacking charge.
Refunds will not be processed until we are in receipt of the goods. After examination of the returned items, refunds will be credited within 30 days to the original card you paid with. It is your responsibility to pay for return postage charges.

Exchange of Product

We will exchange sized products for a different size subject to the returns stipulation above. Delivery may be recharged, before returning any items please contact us to ensure the size you require is available.
Warranty Information

If any Thermoskin support you have purchased is damaged on receipt or during usage, Sabora Pharma will replace or refund the purchase.

Thermoskin supports are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship or materials, which is passed directly to the customer. Sabora Pharma has no control over the terms of the warranty. The warranty does not cover accident or negligence, alterations made to the products or normal wear and tear.
